Terms of service

Last updated 30 September 2026.

These terms govern your use of store.countryrebel.com and everything you buy from it. The store is operated by The Real Market Investors, Inc., d/b/a Country Rebel, 1012 Norman Harris Rd, Ashland City, TN 37015. In these terms, “Country Rebel,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that company. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, not when you click the button and not when your card is authorized. Until then we may decline or cancel any order, and we'll refund you in full if we do. We might decline an order if an item is out of stock, if it was priced wrong, if we can't verify your billing details, or if we believe the order is fraudulent or intended for resale.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to order.

Prices and mistakes

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

We work hard to get prices and descriptions right, and occasionally we still get one wrong. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we're not obliged to sell it at that price. We'll contact you, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screens render color differently, and garment measurements vary slightly between production runs, so what arrives may differ a little from what you saw. That's normal variation, not a defect. If an item genuinely isn't what we described, our Returns & Refunds policy covers you.

Stock is not guaranteed. Availability shown on the site can be out of date, and we'll tell you promptly if something you ordered isn't actually available.

Payment

You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you enter, and that the details are accurate. Payment is taken through our processors; we don't store your card number.

Shipping, risk, and returns

Shipping times, costs, and international duties are set out in our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Both are part of these terms.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your package to the carrier. If it's lost or damaged in transit, the Shipping policy tells you how we handle it, and we do handle it.

Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable only at store.countryrebel.com. They never expire and carry no fees. They can't be redeemed for cash except where state law requires it, and they can't be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards are not returnable.

Using the site

The text, photographs, graphics, logos, and designs on this site belong to Country Rebel or to others who have permitted their use. You may browse, and you may share links. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell, or use our content or trademarks commercially without written permission.

Don't use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to access accounts that aren't yours, or to place fraudulent or automated orders.

If you send us a review, photo, or suggestion, you give us permission to use it in connection with our business, without payment.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is." We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that everything on it is accurate or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits any warranty or right you have under the consumer protection laws of your state or country.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Country Rebel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the site or from products bought through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. Some states don't allow these limits, in which case they don't apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim arises from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Talk to us first. If you have a problem with an order, email support@countryrebel.com and describe it. Most things get resolved this way. Please give us 30 days to work it out before starting a formal proceeding.

Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the store, or anything you buy from it, including a claim you bring against one of our vendors or service providers in connection with an order, will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, and may be held by telephone, by video, or on written submissions unless the arbitrator decides an in person hearing is needed. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Arbitration means there is no judge or jury, and court review of the award is limited.

Class action waiver. You and we agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim, and only that claim, will proceed in court.

Small claims. Either of us may bring a qualifying individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration.

Claims filed in bulk. If twenty five or more people file arbitration demands against us that raise substantially the same issues, and those demands are brought by the same lawyer or by lawyers working together, we and the claimants agree the demands will be handled in batches rather than all at once. The administrator will group them into batches of up to fifty, and each batch will be heard by a single arbitrator as one proceeding. The first batches will be treated as test cases, and the deadline for bringing any remaining claims is paused while those are decided, so nobody loses their claim by waiting. Both sides agree this is the fairest and fastest way to handle claims filed in bulk, and it applies equally to us if we ever bring claims that way.

Your right to opt out. You can opt out of this section entirely. Email support@countryrebel.com with your name and a statement that you are opting out of arbitration, within 30 days of your first order placed after these terms take effect. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else about your ability to shop with us.

Exceptions. Nothing here prevents either of us from seeking an injunction in court to protect intellectual property rights, or from reporting a matter to a government agency. Any dispute that is not arbitrated will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new date. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order.

Other

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion doesn't waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent.
