This policy explains what Country Rebel collects when you shop at store.countryrebel.com, why we collect it, and who we share it with. The store is operated by The Real Market Investors, Inc., d/b/a Country Rebel.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number. Your payment card is entered directly into our payment processor and is never stored on our systems or visible to us. We see only the last four digits and the card type.
When you browse: pages you view, products you look at, items you add to your cart, searches you run, your IP address, and your device and browser type.
When you sign up for email: your email address and, if you give it, your name.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, and we will never request one.
What we use it for
- Taking, packing, and shipping your order, and emailing you about it.
- Answering your questions and handling returns.
- Sending marketing email, if you asked for it. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
- Preventing fraud and chargebacks.
- Understanding which products and pages people actually use, so we stock better.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what these companies need to do their job for us:
- Shopify — runs the store, the checkout, and our order records.
- Our payment processors — take payment and screen for fraud.
- USPS — receives your shipping address so your package can be delivered.
- Klaviyo — sends our store email and records what you viewed or added to your cart so those emails make sense.
- TikTok — we run the TikTok Pixel on the standard setting, which shares browsing activity on the store for advertising. A browser ad blocker stops it.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or someone's safety.
Cookies and tracking
The store uses cookies to keep your cart, to keep you signed in, and to measure how the store is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may break the cart and checkout.

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes. Marketing email records are kept until you unsubscribe, and for a short period after that so we don't email you again by mistake.
Your choices
- Stop marketing email — click unsubscribe at the bottom of any of our emails, or email us.
- See, correct, or delete what we hold — email us and tell us what you want. We'll respond within 30 days.
- Stop the TikTok Pixel — use a browser ad blocker or your browser's tracking protection.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Email us and we'll honor any request we're able to.
Children
The store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
Payments run over an encrypted connection and are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No system is perfect, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we don't store card numbers and we limit who can see customer records.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
