Returns & Refunds
If it doesn't fit, doesn't look right, or just isn't what you hoped for, send it back. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return, and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.
Try it on. Opening the package does not void your return.
What we can take back
- Unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached.
- Free of smoke, pet hair, perfume, deodorant marks, and alterations.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items that come back worn, washed, or damaged can't be resold, so we can't refund them. If that happens we'll email you before doing anything and send the item back to you at no charge.
What we can't take back
- Gift cards.
- Final sale items, which are marked as final sale on the product page before you buy.
How to start a return
- Email support@countryrebel.com with your order number and what you'd like to send back.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship it to the address below. Use a tracked service, because we can only refund returns that reach us.

Please email us before shipping anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first can take a lot longer to match to your order.
Who pays return shipping
You cover return postage on a change-of-mind return, a size swap, or anything else we got right.
We cover it when the mistake is ours. If we sent the wrong item, the wrong size, or something arrived damaged or defective, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll pay the postage both ways, or replace it outright. You won't be out a cent.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Say so in your email instead of asking for a refund. You cover postage back to us, and we'll ship the replacement out to you free. If the size you want has sold out by the time your return lands, we'll refund you in full.
Changed your mind before it ships?
Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full the same day. Once a label is printed we can't pull it back, but you can still return it under the 30-day policy above.
When you get your money back
We inspect returns the day they arrive and issue the refund within 5 business days of receiving your package. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank typically posts it within another 3 to 10 business days, which is their timeline, not ours.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error.

Email support@countryrebel.com. A real person here reads it, and we'd much rather fix it than have you write us off.
This policy applies to orders placed at store.countryrebel.com. It doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state or country.
