Shipping

Every order ships from the Country Rebel Ranch in Ashland City, Tennessee, by USPS, packed by hand.

Free shipping on US orders over $50

Spend $50 or more and shipping to any US address is on us. It's applied automatically at checkout, no code to remember.

Under $50, you'll see live USPS rates at checkout, with several speeds to choose from. We don't mark them up. What USPS charges us is what you pay.

How fast we get it out the door

We pack and ship within 7 business days of your order.
Most orders go out within 2.

If something is going to take longer than 7 business days, we'll email you before then with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund right there. No chasing us for it.

How long it takes to reach you

Transit time starts the day your package leaves us, on top of the packing time above.

  • USPS Ground — about 2 to 5 business days within the US.
  • Priority Mail — about 1 to 3 business days.
  • Priority Mail Express — about 1 to 2 business days.
  • International — usually 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the country and how long customs holds it.

These are USPS's own estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and customs can all add days, and none of that is in our hands.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your label is printed. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us and we'll chase USPS for you.

Shipping outside the United States

We ship worldwide. Two things to know before you order:

  • Import duties and taxes are not included in what you pay us. Your country may charge duty, VAT, or a customs handling fee when your package arrives, and you're responsible for paying it. We have no way to tell you the amount in advance — your local customs office can.
  • International postage is expensive, because it's real USPS rates with nothing added. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you commit to anything.

If a package is refused or abandoned at customs, we can only refund the product cost once it comes back to us. Postage isn't refundable in that case.

Wrong address

Double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll happily resend it once you cover the new postage. Email us as fast as you can after ordering and we'll fix the address if the label hasn't gone out yet.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking says delivered and the package isn't there, check with your neighbors and your local post office first, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll file a claim with USPS and work it out with you. We don't leave people hanging on this.
